The view of the mountains was breathtaking, and
the staff was incredibly helpful when our plans changed. However, the facilities could use some upgrades, especially in the bathroom area where some fixtures were dated.

Decent Stay With Some Drawbacks
I enjoyed my stay, though the small room was a bit tight for my taste. The staff were friendly, and I appreciated the cleanliness. A great location for a quiet getaway, but plan ahead for breakfast and seating. A comfy spot for a short retreat, just not ideal for longer stays.

Had a clean, well-decorated room with a big TV, and I appreciated the microwave convenience. Just beware of the hard beds. my back didn’t like them! I’d give it another shot though.

I loved how clean and nicely decorated my room was. The big TV and working fridge added to the comfort. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the lovely mountain view from my window. However, I wished there were more seating options in the common areas. It felt a bit cramped at times. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a few changes could enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on 10 Julclean roomfriendly staffloose water controlwobbly bathroom doorlimited breakfast options
The room was nicely decorated and exceptionally clean, with a surprisingly large TV and a fridge that worked well. However, the shower's water control was loose, making it challenging to adjust the temperature, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The breakfast options were underwhelming, consisting of plastic fruit cups rather than fresh fruit, which was disappointing.

Cozy stay with great location
I stayed for a night and had a really nice time. The queen room was comfy and quiet. It was super close to the Candy Cane Express train, which was a fun ride! Plus, there’s a tasty restaurant right next door. Only thing was, the morning coffee in the lobby could've been better.

A cozy stay with breathtaking views
Waking up to the stunning mountain vista was a highlight. The room was clean, cheerful, and the staff were welcoming and eager to help.
However, the bathroom fan was excessively loud, and I found the mattress a bit firm for my liking. Breakfast options could have been better.

missingWrote a review on 24 Junmissing coffee
No coffee pot in the room was a letdown. it’s surprising for a hotel not to provide one. Other guests reported issues with uncomfortable beds and cleanliness, especially in bathrooms where tub drainage and fan noise were concerns. A lack of breakfast options made mornings feel unfinished, and navigating for local attractions proved tricky without informational material on hand.

great room design but limited seating options
The room design was cute and clearly updated. The fridge and microwave worked perfectly during my stay. I appreciated the big TV, which added comfort to my evenings. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive and contributed to a pleasant stay.
The limited seating options in the common areas made it less comfortable for socializing.
